Upcoming release: Harvesting Scopus data into Digital Commons

百姓彩票平台

Earlier this year we shared our roadmap. It’s time for a progress update. We are building harvesting, starting first with Scopus metadata and followed with more integrations. Harvesting is how you can showcase more while saving time. It’s how we advance towards Digital Commons being the fastest populating IR.

Feedback from your peers beta testing experience with the new tool sums up an exciting future for our community:

“I would use it every day…It would absolutely save us time” – IR Manager, Top private university

Keeping your faculty works accurately updated remains a primary purpose of the IR. Yet this goal remains one of the hardest, most burdensome challenges for IR managers. Let us show you how harvesting can help. Our upcoming release saves IR managers up to 75% of the time it takes to add faculty publication records into their repository.

Come see for yourself by Automatically populate your IR: Harvesting Scopus data into Digital Commons on Wednesday 27 May.

We’ll provide you with a next-level look at the upcoming Scopus-Digital Commons integration to automatically populate your IR at scale with faculty publication records. You’ll learn more about the following release features:

– Ease of use – no technical skills required
– Record deduplication of IR faculty research content
– Auto population of upload spreadsheets
– Flagging OA content

An overview of Scopus content and APIs is also included. Don’t have access to Scopus? We’ve still got you covered. The presentation also shares how Digital Commons customers will be provided with access to Scopus data as part of the release launch.

We are so excited to share our 百姓彩票官网首页 roadmap releases. By the way, stay tuned for the API Outbound release.  It’s coming very soon.
